Clinical and safety boundaries

Information support with clear limits

Omnacy provides information-only care guidance. It does not replace emergency services, an examination or the qualified clinician responsible for medical care.

Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Public boundary statement

1. Information-only triage and second opinion

The linked care service is available for information-only triage and an information-only second opinion. Its output is information and preparation support—not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Qualified clinical care remains necessary

A qualified clinician remains responsible for examination, evaluation, diagnosis, interpretation of tests, treatment and follow-up. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of information from Omnacy.

3. Emergency boundary

Omnacy is not an emergency service, does not monitor your condition and cannot contact responders. If immediate help may be needed, call the emergency number for your current location. See urgent-help signposting.

4. Information quality and uncertainty

Guidance depends on the information available and may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Material unknowns should remain visible, and a user should be able to correct what they shared. The absence of an alert is not a guarantee of safety.

5. Coverage and access

Any coverage, network, authorization, provider or cost context is informational. Eligibility, clinical necessity, authorization, coverage and final cost require confirmation by the relevant payer or provider.

6. Marketing examples

Sample episodes and artifacts on this marketing website are fictional demonstrations. They do not perform live triage or review and are not evidence of a clinical result or health outcome.

7. No outcome guarantee

Omnacy does not guarantee an appointment, diagnosis, coverage, cost, saving, resolution or health outcome. Public evidence claims require a named source, cohort, method, date and limitation.
